- When you purchase items from vendors at the Goshen Market, you can count on everything you're purchasing being locally grown, made, and produced.
- Seasonal Surprises
- Produce availability changes, so be sure to keep coming back throughout the year for new finds. Click on the icon next to this to see what's in season.
- Be an Early Bird
- For the best produce selection, visit the market earlier in the day. Keep in mind, vendors cannot sell until the market bell rings at 8:00 am.
- Bags & Coolers
- We encourage you to bring your own reusable bags. Totes are available for purchase at the info booth, and Bank of Hillsboro provides free reusable bags. If you plan to spend time downtown, consider bringing a cooler too.
- Biking to the Market
- The MCT System offers many scenic routes for biking to the market, with bike racks available all along Main Street.
- Parking
- Parking is available on City streets and in public lots throughout the area.
- Facilities
- Public restrooms are available just across the street at the Madison County Transit Station.
- We Love Our Furry Friends!
- The Land of Goshen Community Market is pet-friendly. Socialized dogs on leashes are welcome. Be prepared to clean up after your pet.

Our mission
The Land of Goshen Community Market, established in 1997 by local farmers and artisans, has grown into one of the region's largest farmers markets. Every Saturday morning from 8 AM, rain or shine, dozens of vendors offer an abundance of seasonal treasures - from farm-fresh produce, meats, and honey to artisanal baked goods, handcrafted items, and regional art. The market evolves with the seasons, ensuring there's always something new to discover while supporting local families, farms, and businesses with every purchase.
The Goshen Market Foundation
In 2016, to share its resources, deepen its roots in the community, and make a more significant impact, the Market established the Goshen Market Foundation, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. This step marked a renewed commitment to nurturing a healthy, locally-focused food community.
The Goshen Market Foundation uses its resources to provide greater access to healthy food, encourage the growth of local agriculture, and educate children and the community about sustainable farming practices and nutrition.
