Hydroponic Broccoli Microgreens are beautiful and bright green. Flavor is mild, crunchy, dense and slightly peppery. Has a mild broccoli flavor. It goes great with sandwiches, wraps, salads, pasta and fish as well as a nice addition to a tofu scramble or cooked grains.
