before filling out forms or calling for more information. There are a number of changes this year.
2. Please fill out the appropriate Vendor Application(s) and attach copies of applicable certificates. Submit this documentation to the Market Master (except for From the Studio).

3. Completed and signed VENDOR AGREEMENT FORMS
are to be turned in on the first day of Market
attendance. You must call the Market Master at 618-307-6045 to discuss your product and reserve your stall space.
Remember to fill out page two if you would like your information to be listed on the website. You do not need a website in order to be listed.
Please check the photo release box and sign page two even if you don’t want to be listed on the website.
